Instructions for use:
1. Place the pillow on your camera/binocular strap in order for it to be at the desired position on the back of your neck.
2. Open each Velcro strap, loop the Velcro around your binocular/camera strap and press the Velcro together, at the desired tightness, to make one continuous circle around the strap.
3. The pillow may be used either underneath or on top of your binocular/camera strap.
4. For people using binocular harnesses, place the pillow in a bandana or scarf and tie around your neck.
